VGF NIPPON IN MOTION AWARD 2012
This year’s NIPPON CONNECTION will see the premiere of the VGF NIPPON IN MOTION AWARD. In a cooperation with the Public Transport Office Frankfurt we have called out for creative 12-second silent film spots working on the motto of “Nippon in Motion”. The winner will be chosen by online vote, and this same winner of the VGF NIPPON IN MOTION AWARD will receive a check for 250 EUR at the festival award ceremony on the evening of May 6, 2012. The top three are also shown on the info-screens of Frankfurt metro stations during the two weeks preceding the festival.
The winner of the VGF NIPPON IN MOTION AWARD 2012 is KOI-MAN by Micaela Fonseca. 2nd place: BOLU by Florian, 3rd place: CHADO - THE WAY OF TEA by Andrej Uduc.
Entries for next year’s VGF NIPPON IN MOTION AWARD can be made through www.reelport.com starting from May 2, 2012 until January 31, 2013.
